Torikai’s MMD Model Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to MMD Model Data created by 鳥養 (Torikai user/3181890).
Read and agree with ALL terms of use written in this document before using the MMD Model Data.
If you do not agree with all terms, or if you do not understand any part of this document, you are NOT allowed to use the MMD Model Data.
Information in this document is subject to change without notice.
Please follow the latest rules in using the MMD Model Data.

Please use the MMD Model Data at your own risk. I can not be held liable or responsible for any damages caused by using the data.
Do not re-distribute the MMD Model Data.
Private Trading and Public Trading of the MMD Model Data is NOT allowed.
Do not upload the MMD Model Data on the web.
Do not use the data for web services such as VRChat that require uploading data to the web.
Do not use the MMD Model Data for works which include obscene, grotesque, &/or violent content.
Do not use the MMD Model Data for political and/or religious propaganda operations.
You are NOT permitted to sell the MMD Model data in ANY format, whether digital or in print.
The MMD Model data may only be used for non-profit purposes. Do not use the MMD Model data for commercial purposes.
The MMD Model Data may not be used for any works which contain negative content toward the original product, individual, &/or group.
Do not use this model for expressions that greatly ignores the image of the original product and the copyright owner.
Data in folders that contain the word "軍服" ("gunpuku" means military uniform) in the folder name are allowed to be edited only between characters in Axis Powers Hetalia.
If you make and upload something agaist these rules, I may request you to remove it and to stop using the MMD Model Data.
If you find the MMD Model Data re-distributed by anyone other than me (鳥養 Torikai) on a NON-JAPANESE website, I would greatly appreciate it if you could ask them to delete it.
